Problem :
Essence creators and internal teams relied on manual briefing processes that were time-consuming, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. The brand needed a way to provide creators with clear, on-brand guidance while maintaining quality and accuracy across content production.

Solution :
Content Coach is an AI creator assistant that transforms product information, campaign goals, and brand guidelines into tailored content ideas, scripts, and creator briefings. The tool combines structured knowledge, automation, and conversational AI to support both creators and internal teams.


Challenge :
The project required balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders while translating complex brand rules, product knowledge, and content requirements into an AI system that could generate useful, reliable, and brand-safe outputs. Scalability and future expansion also had to be considered from day one.
Summary :
Led the end-to-end development of an AI-powered content product, from research and product strategy to system architecture, prompt engineering, automation, and implementation. The result was a working prototype that demonstrated how AI could streamline content creation workflows while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment.
